I have the PB2250, that is very worrying – if you have just fitted a spare lamp removed and then reassembled. If you receive the same message to take the bulb back to where you bought it with the projector and make you install a new one and test at the store. If your machine is new – again take it back. Not cheap at £ 300 per TME.
