Selecting a computer classroom rental providers
While the price might be the number one consideration, there are a lot of other factors that you should research when choosing to rent a computer training center.
First, make the specifications classroom computers meet the technical requirements of the training? You'll have to check the CPU speed, memory and the size and number of hard drives on each computer. You also want to make sure computer monitors are the size and type appropriate to their needs.
Next you need to see if it includes technical support. Is there a person dedicated expert support on the site that will have the skills to install and support the software students will be using? Make sure the support staff will be available all the time that the classroom is used to handle any problems that may (and) are produced. Murphy's Law applies here!
It is very important to check the physical characteristics of the classroom. Is it enough large that each student has adequate space for monitors, manuals and workbooks – more room to take notes? Is the projector is high quality and bright enough for students to see without turning all the lights? In addition, they have boards, flipcharts, markers and other media for your instructor use.
It is often overlooked aspect of heating and air conditioning. You do not want your students to be freezing or overheating. The ideal setup is that the classroom to have its own controls for heat and air conditioning can be adjusted accordingly for the convenience of students present.
In addition, make sure to ask about other services available to their students. Is the rental price include drinks and snacks? If not, there is a charge per person for catering? Is there a break room of the facility available to students? Can lunch and / or catered dinner be? If students are traveling, how close are the closest hotels? Are there hotels on foot or other means of transport is necessary? Are there rates negotiated with hotels in the area for their students?
Finally, note the building itself. Is it a central location and easy to find? The building is modern and attractive (Class A or B). Do the classrooms have windows? Free parking available at the facility for attendees? If not, find out what fees attendees can expect to pay. Also, if the free parking is not available, you may want to arrange prior to cover the cost.
By following these guidelines will help ensure a successful training event to provide a comfortable and free of inconvenience to guests.
