Can I upgrade the projector lamp with a better light?

I have the Sony VPL-AW15 Projector LMP-H160 with the lamp and has been used until 2438 hours on it. It is possible to upgrade to a different lamp that will last longer than I have? Also, does anyone know the life of my lamp current?
