eBay are reliable HID bulb replacement?

I've seen some bulbs that are as low as $ 45 (price + postage) for a couple of HID replacement bulbs. They are either of unknown origin or Asia. The reaction is usually good, but I know it may be useless, since it is only a reaction after a couple of days the customer receives the item. Some, however, are second or third time buyers and left good feedback. In some articles, that are 1 to 1 1 / 2 year warranty. Do you think it worth buying? Thanks for your answers help!

The best thing to buy, but look for places that have plug and play systems. and easy way without cutting cable. also has a place to go when they burn out or break. I would say to forget e bay and just bought some of a car around your area.
