How I can reset the lamp timer on a sharp XV-Z2000 projector. I have the manual. Steps not seem to work.?

Im assuming it must be some trick … how long to press each button, press more than once … Help!

Hello Mark. I have the projector Sharp XV-Z200E that is probably similar to yours. I have not replaced the lamp on my one so I'm not familiar with the procedure Resetting the lamp timer. I will give you a step by step summary of my manual. It is hoped that may be similar to yours. Step 1 Plug the power cord into the back of the projector and confirm POWER indicator lights red Step 2 replaces (the button is pressed once for a good firm action to engage, but do not hold down, if not between work and feel free to press a button pressing as May has been missing once and then move to the next quickly). STEP 1 STEP 2 button is pressed, press the INPUT STEP 3 click the Undo button press STEP 4 STEP 5 LEFT ARROW press ENTER STEP 6 Press the right arrow button STEP 7 to press the button again. If all goes well, you see a LAMP 0000H displayed. If your buttons are different, do not worry just follow the exact sequence and you should be well Good luck, Rob. STEP
