How I can get the presentation to appear on my computer and a projector?

I'm doing a presentation, I'm using an IBM computer and I want to see the presentation on my computer as I present. Any help?

It really depends on your computer. If it's a laptop, generally you the option in the display settings to display on two screens. If this is a desktop, you have to take the hardware-oriented approach of using a cable to connect the video output to video projector-in. You then have to use a second cable to connect the projector video output to the monitor. If the computer has two outputs for video, may be able to use two monitors simultaneously, or one monitor and the projector.
