62hm196 dlp television toshiba?

I have a 62 inch dlp that the lamp went out last mont. Toshiba sent another light that lasted about two weeks and left. The fan is working and is sending a replacement, but what might be causing this 2 years old to keep blowing games the bulb. Is it possible that behind the whole bar is a wall of kitchen stove front, (for very hot)? or something else?

There are two things I could imagine. The first is the new lamp was defective. Second is the ballast was damaged and ruins the lamp for more than driving. If the new begins to lose again soon, then the suspect ballast. I have seen this failure, but rare.
